HMK horizontal doypack pouch packaging machine adopts the current international popular servo-driven. FE product uses servo motor as drive unit. Choose different configuration modules for the production of large and medium-sized flat bags and doypack,stand up pouch, zipper bags and other bags.
HMK doypack series can produce up to 3000ml bags.
Suitable for pet food, seasoning food, dried fruit, candy, oatmeal and so on
The machine can be equipped with up to four filling station, according to the need for a single or multiple filling.
You can choose to work in single or multiple pouches. When multiple pouch- es are selected, two to four pouches can be generated at the same time for each machine running cycle.
Speed is up to 200 bags per minute.
An independent membrane-release system is adopted. The servo correction system with visual inspection can automatically correct the alignment position of the film after folding, and avoid the influence of equipment downtime adjustment on productivity.
The equipment can be measured by servo screw, piston pump, mea- suring cup, combined scale, etc.
The Standard Model uses a Siemens system with a standard 10-inch Operation Panel. The FE series uses Omron as the standard control system, or optionally AB or Beckhoff control systems. The 21.5-inch touch-screen control panel is configured for use with the Beckhoff control system.
