HMK1600 Horizontal Doypack Packaging Machine follows the international popular simple and sturdy design standards, and can be equipped with different accessories to produce zipper bags, front spout bags or side spout bags. The machine can produce up to 1000ml packaging bags, suitable for frozen foods, snack foods, sauces and seasoning powders or liquid beverages, dried fruits, snacks, candies, cereals and other products.

Equipped with two unloading stations, single or multiple unloading can be performed as needed. Metering methods such as servo screw metering, plunger pump metering, measuring cup metering, and combination scale metering can be selected. The equipment adopts an integrated cabinet, an independent 10-inch operation panel, and the electrical control is integrated in the frame. Siemens is standard as the control system, and brands such as Mitsubishi or Ehrenburg can also be selected.

This horizontal packaging machine for pouches with cap, as well as the rest of the range, has a separate electrical panel as well as the rest of the range. Mespack uses Omron as standard, however, models from Siemens or Allan Bradley can be adapted.
