HMK1100-4200 Shape Doypack Packaging Machine is suitable for producing small-capacity special-shaped bags. It can produce 10-100ml bags. It is suitable for enzyme beverages, concentrated juice, jam, espresso and other products.
HMK series Doypack Packaging Machine can be equipped with four filling nozzles, and can choose single-row or multi-row work. When multi-row packaging is selected, each machine cycle can generate 2-4 bags at the same time. Up to 240 bags per minute.
Adopting an independent film release system and the same correction system with visual inspection, it can automatically correct the film alignment position after folding, avoiding the impact of equipment shutdown adjustment on production capacity.
According to the characteristics of high-temperature filling, the bag mouth heat sealing system with water cooling device is adopted. The first step is to heat and weld the film, the second step is low-temperature continuous dynamic pressurization, and the third step is rapid cooling to make the bag mouth flat and beautiful.
The standard product adopts three-difference as the standard control system, and the FE series adopts Omron control system, which can also be upgraded to brands such as Beckhoff.
