HMS Horizontal doypack pouch packing machine is the fourth generation product developed for plastic reduction and recycling. Using the current international popular servo drive technology, FE products use servo motor as the drive unit. Select different configuration modules for the production of top sunction nozzle bag and side nozzle bag.
HMS Suction nozzle doypack series can produce up to 3000ml bags.
Suitable for sauces, jams, detergents, etc.
The machine can be equipped with up to four filling station, according to the need for a single or multiple filling. You can choose to work in single or multiple pouched columns. When multiple pouched are selected, two to four pouches can be generated at the same time for each machine running cycle. Up to 160 bags per minute.
An independent membrane-release system is adopted. The servo correction system with visual inspection can automatically correct the alignment position of the film after folding, and avoid the influence of equipment downtime adjustment on productivity.
The FE series has an optional module that automatically adjusts the position of the mould, which is essential for frequent changes of bag size to reduce adjustment time.
The equipment can choose many kinds of metering methods, such as servo piston pump metering, pneumatic piston pump metering, flowmeter metering and so on.
The Standard Model uses a Siemens system with a standard 10-inch Operation Panel. The FE series uses Omron as the standard control system, or optionally AB or Beckhoff control systems. The 21.5-inch touch-screen control panel is configured for use with the Beckhoff control system.
