1, container import: in the import conveyor belt platform, the garden column-shaped containers are divided into multiple lanes by the divider and pneumatic vibration track, and a single channel into the special shape of the container to divide into multiple lanes by the divider gate.
2、Container separator: The container separator is driven by two servo motor drives to gently and evenly separate containers. In order to handle containers that are not stable enough, such as five-jaw PET bottles, a transition lane can be used between conveyor chains. After the containers are grouped, they are pushed out by the pusher.
3. Cardboard inlet: The cardboard is neatly stacked on the roller conveyor belt and then automatically guided into the lifting cardboard storage located under the container inlet. The vacuum jaw picks up the uppermost sheet of cardboard from the lifting storage and places it horizontally on the cardboard inlet.
4、Package forming device: The cardboard is transported under the container set and the ends are folded by a mechanical device. The side cover is folded in with a rotating sealer and is coated with hot-soluble glue by the nozzle and adhered to the bottom cover. A circular sealing chain presses against the bottom cover and carries the package through the wrapping machine. Then, the top cover is folded down and glued on the sealing edge.
5. Finally, the sealing chain closes the top lid from above. Since the package is running longitudinally and the bottom is already glued, the top lid can be glued very accurately
From the above principles, it seems that the automatic carton packaging machine is mechanized and automatic, and does not require much manual intervention, but I do not know that the operation of the simple-sounding machine is not simple. 4. Do not wash the machine with water, and if the workplace is wet, the operator should not work barefoot.
5. The main parts should always be lubricated with oil.
