3. Bag making system: The bag making and sealing and filling systems of this system are independent of each other. The two systems are linked and coordinated through mechanical coupling and programmable logic controller (PLC). Therefore, the system is suitable for packaging of multiple products and sizes.
4. Finished product sealing system:
Fully automatic production equipment that uses heat-sealed packaging materials (polyethylene film, multi-layer composite film, etc.) to complete packaging, metering, filling, sealing and other packaging processes. The packaging is a three-sided or four-sided sealed flat package. Different types of fillers can pack a variety of products.
5. Comprehensive control system: It is composed of PLC, frequency converter, etc., with high integration, strong control ability and high reliability of operation. Touch screen technology simplifies and facility operation.
